Provide exceptional phone and chat support to customers regarding this company including payments, insurance, AePS and travel. You'll resolve queries and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:



Answer inbound calls & emails. Resolve customer issues politely and efficiently. Document support interactions in CRM.

Skills / Requirements:



Fluent in Hindi and English. Prior customer support experience preferred. Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
