Key Responsibilities
Connect with clients via
calls, emails & chat
Generate leads
through cold calling & outreach
Maintain CRM records & handle customer queries
Manage order processing and complaints
Support sales pipeline & prepare basic reports
Required SkillsMust-Have:
? Excellent English (Verbal & Written)

Minimum 1 year experience in an International Voice/Support Process.
? Ability to multitask and manage time
Added Advantage:
