: A Customer Service Executive in our firm is responsible for providing exceptional back end customer service to clients through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat. They play a crucial role in verifying documents, raising and submitting tickets, handling data entry tasks, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Document Verification: Verify and validate documents submitted by customers to ensure accuracy and authenticity.
Customer Service and Support: Communicate with customers through multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Identify and resolve customer issues through active listening and problem-solving.
Ticketing and Service Requests: Raise and submit tickets and service requests on behalf of customers. Follow up on the status of tickets and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Data Entry: Accurately enter and update customer information and relevant data into the company database.
Manage customer accounts and update customer information in the company database.
Provide product and service information to customers and recommend solutions.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Continuously develop and maintain knowledge of company products and policies.
Follow up with customers to ensure resolution of issues and satisfaction with service.
Maintain a calm and positive demeanor in challenging customer situations.
Strive to exceed customer expectations and provide a memorable customer experience.
Qualifications
:
Freshers/people with relevant experience of maximum 2 years will be considered.
A bachelor's degree in business administration (BBA), Commerce (BCom), English, or any other relevant field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry.
Positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers.
Ability to work well under pressure and in a team-oriented environment.
