We are looking for a proactive Customer Support Executive to handle inbound queries and provide timely resolutions to our customers. Responsibilities include scheduling Zoom classes and sharing links with students, circulating batch-related information to designated students, and connecting with students for feedback or inviting them to seminars/webinars.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support
Excellent communication skills
Ability to handle customer queries efficiently and professionally
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing student communications
Willingness to learn - training will be provided
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
