Customer Support Executives
for both Voice and Non-Voice processes. The ideal candidate will handle customer queries, resolve issues, and ensure excellent service delivery through calls, emails, and chat.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner (Voice process).
Respond to customer queries via email, chat, or other written communication channels (Non-Voice process).
Resolve product or service-related issues efficiently and provide accurate information.
Maintain customer interaction records in the system.
Follow up on unresolved queries to ensure customer satisfaction.
Adhere to quality and process guidelines set by the company.
Coordinate with internal departments for escalations or issue resolution.
Requirements:
Education:
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline.
Experience:
Fresher/Experienced candidates can apply (BPO/Customer Service experience preferred).
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Ability to handle customer concerns with patience and professionalism.
Basic computer knowledge and typing speed.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts (if required).
