Job Description

Key Responsibility:-

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media. Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution. Troubleshoot customer problems and resolve them efficiently. Escalate complex issues to senior staff or technical teams when necessary. Maintain deep understanding of the company's products or services. Guide customers through product usage or troubleshooting.

Required Skills & Qualifications:-

oBachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).

oProven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.

oStrong phone contact handling skills and active listening.

Both Freshers and Experienced can Apply.
oPrior experience in customer service or support roles is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?20,621.24 - ?31,337.81 per month
