Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally. Provide accurate information on banking products and services.

Resolve customer queries and ensure high customer satisfaction. Maintain call quality standards and adhere to process compliance.

Update customer interactions and feedback in the system accurately.

Required Skills
Excellent communication skills inhindi , tamil and English (Mandatory).

Good listening and problem-solving skills. Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

Customer-oriented attitude with a positive mindset.

Eligibility
Education: Any Graduate / Undergraduate can apply.

Experience: Freshers & Experienced candidates both can apply. Gender: Male (Rotational Shift), Job Types: Full-time.
