As a Customer Support Executive, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving their inquiries.
What you'll do:
Respond to customer inquiries
via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information

Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
efficiently, escalating complex problems when necessary.
Maintain detailed records
of customer interactions and resolutions.
Identify and escalate
urgent issues to the appropriate internal teams.
Collaborate with other departments
to ensure customer satisfaction.
Contribute to a positive customer experience
by demonstrating empathy and patience.
What you'll bring:
Fluency in Hindi (spoken) is a must.
Excellent English communication skills

Strong active listening skills and a customer-focused approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus
