We are currently supporting a number of national and international companies who operate at various locations across the globe.: * Falck is looking for a CSE/ Senior Customer Service Executive to join our Assistance team to handle calls from customers and provide support to them in the event of illness or accidents while travelling worldwide.

• You are required to answer telephone calls, respond to emails, and ensure appropriate assistance service are delivered in a timely manner.

Required: * Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills (Fluent in English).

• Proficient with MS Office and the ability to navigate multiple platforms.
• Capacity to navigate stressful situations with ease.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Available to work in day and night shifts.
• University/college degree in any stream.
