Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries, resolve order-related issues, and ensure a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. The ideal candidate should be empathetic, solution-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced online retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries via email, phone, chat, and social media platforms

Provide accurate information related to orders, shipping, delivery, returns, exchanges, and refunds

Track orders and coordinate with logistics partners (Amazon Shipping, courier teams, etc.) to resolve delivery issues

Handle customer complaints with empathy and ensure timely resolution and follow-ups

Assist customers with order placement, cancellations, and payment-related queries

Maintain proper records of customer interactions in CRM or support tools

Escalate unresolved or critical issues to the concerned internal teams

Ensure adherence to company policies and service quality standards

Work closely with operations, warehouse, and finance teams to resolve customer issues

Maintain a positive brand image through professional and compassionate communication

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate or equivalent qualification

1-3 years of experience in e-commerce or customer support (freshers with good communication skills may also apply)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities

Ability to handle high-volume customer interactions calmly and professionally

Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, order management systems, and CRM tools

Basic knowledge of logistics, returns, and refund processes is an added advantage

Willingness to work flexible shifts if required

Preferred Skills:

Experience handling customer support on online platforms

Social media customer handling experience

Multilingual skills (English + Hindi)
