Job Summary

We are looking for a

Customer Support / Calling Executive

to handle outbound and/or inbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to customers/leads as per company requirements Handle inbound customer calls professionally Explain products/services and resolve customer queries Follow up with existing customers for feedback, renewals, or updates Maintain accurate customer records and call logs Achieve daily/weekly calling targets Coordinate with internal teams when required Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships
Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum

12th pass / Graduate

preferred Good communication skills in

Hindi & English

(Gujarati preferred) Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools) Ability to handle objections and customer concerns Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Preferred Skills

Experience in telecalling, customer support, or BPO Sales or lead generation experience is an added advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?10,165.18 - ?15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
