International Customer chat Support

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

Fresher: UPTO 28K + Attractive Perks

Experienced: UPTO 36K + Attractive Perks

Shift time: Rotational Shift

Working Days: 5 Days - 2 Days Week off which also be Rotational

:

Resolve customer issues via chat services including chat, text, email, social media, direct messaging as well, as other nonverbal platforms.

Whether it's getting answers for customers quickly, consulting on products.

Requirements:

? 1 year or more customer service experience - Fresher welcome to apply.

? Great written communication skills including grammar and spelling

? 6 months or more of customer services experience

? High School Diploma

? Computer savvy
