We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to support our Maintenance Department. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, coordinating maintenance requests, and updating records in the CRM system.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to maintenance services
Coordinate with the maintenance team and update job status
Maintain accurate records in CRM software
Provide clear information and resolve customer queries effectively
Ensure timely follow-up and customer satisfaction
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate
Basic computer knowledge
Knowledge of CRM systems
Skills Required:
Good communication skills
Ability to interact professionally with customers.
