We are looking for a dynamic Customer Experience Associate to provide exceptional service and support throughout the customer journey.

Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, providing prompt and effective solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding customer service and improve overall client experience. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer loyalty and retention. Analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement in service delivery. Support clients from initial inquiry through post-purchase experience.

Requirements



Minimum 1 year to 5 year of experience in a customer-facing role (sales, customer service) Fluency in spoken and written English (mandatory) Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, providing prompt and effective solutions.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
