We are looking for a

Customer Support Executive

to join our team and assist customers by providing accurate information and support. The candidate will be responsible for handling calls, resolving queries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
This role requires clear communication skills in

Hindi and Gujarati

, along with the ability to understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions. A polite attitude, patience, and basic computer knowledge are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:



Answer customer calls, chats, and messages Provide product/service information in a simple and clear way Record customer interactions and update support logs Identify customer issues and resolve them efficiently Escalate complex issues to senior team members Maintain professionalism and a positive approach during all interactions

Requirements:



Any graduate Fluency in Hindi ,Gujarati and English Good communication and listening skills Basic computer skills (Email, MS Office, WhatsApp) Ability to work in a team and manage time Friendly and customer-centric attitude
