Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients using provided contact lists
Present and promote products or services effectively, addressing customer needs
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and update relevant databases
Follow up with potential clients to maximise sales opportunities
Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information about offerings
Achieve individual targets and contribute to team sales goals
Maintain a positive attitude and uphold the organisation's reputation during all interactions
Skills
Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, confident telephone manner
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively
Ability to handle rejection positively and remain motivated under pressure
Good listening skills with an aptitude for understanding customer requirements
Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with CRM software or similar tools
Prior experience in telesales or customer service is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
