What you will be doing? (Your key responsibilities):
Addressing customer queries, concerns, and complaints through various channels such as phone, email, live chat, or social media.
Coordinating and communicating with other departments such as sales, logistics, or technical support to ensure issue resolution.
Gather customer feedback, suggestions, and insights to identify areas for improvement and help enhance the overall customer experience.
Checking Cred orders. To arrange the delivery on time.
Checking duplicate orders and making calls to customers for order confirmation.
NDR-Doing NDR calls to confirm RTO and re-attempt with customers, submitting the data to logistics.
Follow-ups for delivery and maintaining RTO refunds.
