Key Responsibilities:



Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with queries, issues, and service-related information. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system. Provide prompt and clear communication to ensure high customer satisfaction. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently. Follow company processes, guidelines, and service standards.

Required Skills:



Calling Skills:

Ability to manage customer calls confidently and professionally.

Basic Computer Knowledge:

Comfortable using MS Office, email, and CRM or data-entry tools.

Communication Skills:

Strong verbal communication, polite and clear interaction, and active listening abilities.

Other Requirements:



Positive attitude and customer-first approach. Ability to handle pressure and multitask. Willingness to learn and adapt to company procedures.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
