We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, representing our brand and ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable.

Responsibilities:

Customer Communication: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media platforms. Issue Resolution: Address customer concerns, complaints, and inquiries with empathy and efficiency, striving for first-contact resolution whenever possible. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to provide accurate information and guidance to customers. Order Management: Process orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately while adhering to company policies and procedure

Requirements:

Fluent English Speaking Is Must Important Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Positive attitude, resilience, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
