Summary:
We are seeking a
Customer Support Executive
with 1-4 years of email support experience to join our hospitality SaaS team. The ideal candidate will deliver
fast, accurate, and high-quality support
, ensuring clients achieve success while meeting
defined SLAs
.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Handle client inquiries and technical issues via email with
professionalism and speed
Troubleshoot and resolve problems, escalating complex cases when needed
Maintain accurate records and provide clear product guidance
Collaborate with the team to
improve processes
and enhance client experience
Meet or exceed
customer satisfaction metrics and SLAs
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
1-4 years in customer or technical support, preferably in
SaaS
; hospitality experience is a plus
Strong
written and verbal communication skills
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a
fast-paced, client-focused environment
Knowledge of cloud-based technologies is a plus
Must be willing to work
permanent night shifts, rotation shifts, and holidays
