Customer Care Executive (Warehouse)

Icchapore, Surat, Gujarat

Key Responsibilities:



Address customers with issues like expired products, damaged boxes, late deliveries, and logistics problems. Resolve complaints related to late deliveries and transportation logistics. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing accurate and effective solutions. Collaborate with internal teams for quick resolution of problems.

Qualifications:



Freshers or experience candidates who have worked in warehouse or logistics industries are welcome. Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Salary:

Upto 20k inhand + PF+ ESI + Lunch
