Customer Support Executive
to join our team in
Vadodara
. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to help customers resolve their queries.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries politely and professionally
Take regular customer feedback
Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and in a timely manner
Maintain records of customer interactions, comments, and complaints
Coordinate with internal teams if needed to resolve complex issues
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
Requirements:
Good communication skills in Hindi and English
Polite and gentle speaking tone
Ability to handle phone calls and customer interactions efficiently
Basic computer skills
Previous experience in customer support (preferred, not mandatory)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Expected Start Date: 01/10/2025
