Serve as the first point of contact for client enquiries via email/or phone.
Handle incoming queries related to testing service , sample requirement , pricing and timeline.
Maintain accurate records of client communication and feedback
Prepare and share commercial proposal post technical review.
Ensure timely follow up on porposal and track enquirey status
Provide regular upadtes to clients on sample status and project timeline
Cordinate internally to ensure accurate and timely delivery of services and documentation
Track enquiries proposals and sample status using Excel and LIMS generated MIS report
Maintain accurate records of communication project updates and documentation
