Job Description

Serve as the first point of contact for client enquiries via email/ or phone.Handle incoming queries related to testing service, sample requirements , pricing and timelines. Maintain accurate records of client communication and feedback . Cordinate with technical team to asses feasibility and finalise anayltical proposal.Prepare and share commercial proposal and post technical review. Ensure timely follow up on proposals and track enquiry status. Provide regular update to clients on sample status and project timeline. Coordinate internally to ensure accurate and timely delivery of services and documentation. Track proposals and sample status using Excel and LIMS generated MIS reports. Maintain accurate records of communication, project updates and documentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,077.70 - ?28,703.92 per month
