Summary:

Customer Support Executive

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries via

phone, email, and chat

with professionalism and empathy. Resolve issues and complaints effectively, ensuring high customer satisfaction. Provide clear product information and guidance to customers. Maintain accurate logs of customer interactions and transactions. Use

AI-powered tools, chatbots, and smart suggestions

to improve response speed and accuracy. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns. Work in

rotational day shifts along with holidays

as per business requirements considering we run 24x7 support Identify and escalate urgent issues to the right department. Stay updated with product knowledge, company processes, service standards, and

emerging AI-based support trends

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (Business Administration or related field preferred). 0-2 years of experience in a call support/customer support role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. Ability to multitask and perform well in a

fast-paced environment

. Proficiency in

Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and AI-driven support platforms

(preferred). Fluency in speaking English, Gujarati, Hindi (but fluency in speaking Kannada can be strong bonus) Customer-centric mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service.
