, you will be the first point of contact for customers using our ERP software. Your main responsibility is to understand their issues, provide helpful guidance, and coordinate with the technical team when needed. You will also assist in ensuring smooth usage of the software by helping customers with their day-to-day queries.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Answer customer calls and respond to emails professionally, providing information about our ERP software and services.
Listen carefully to customer concerns and document their issues clearly.
Help customers use the ERP software by guiding them through common processes and features.
Coordinate with the technical team to ensure customer-reported issues are resolved effectively.
Keep detailed records of customer interactions, issues, and the steps taken to resolve them.
Follow up with customers to make sure their concerns have been addressed and resolved.
Assist in planning and tracking support tasks, schedules, and updates.
Maintain a friendly, supportive attitude in all customer interactions.
Candidate Requirements:
Good communication skills (both spoken and written).
Patient, friendly, and customer-focused approach.
Ability to understand and explain software-related information in a simple way.
Organized and detail-oriented.
Ability to manage time and follow up on customer queries responsibly.
