We're Hiring: Customer Support Executive (Remote | 1 to 5 Years Experience)
Salary Range: ?20,000 - ?40,000/month

Candidate should have:
Excellent English communication skills (both verbal & written)
A tech-savvy approach and the ability to quickly learn new tools
Good understanding of software products or SaaS platforms
Patience and clarity in explaining technical concepts to non-technical users
Experience in customer support, onboarding, or user education is a plus
Job Profile of Customer Support Executive:
Provide high-quality support to clients using our software
Guide users through the onboarding process and help them understand product features
Respond to queries via email, chat, or video calls in a timely and professional manner
Collaborate with the product and sales team to ensure a seamless user experience
Document common issues and solutions for future reference
Collect feedback and report issues or feature requests from users
The ideal candidate joining us will be:
Friendly, professional, and a great communicator
Empathetic towards users and focused on solving their problems
Organised and able to manage multiple conversations at once
Curious and eager to learn new tools and technologies
Fluent in spoken & written English
