Handle customer queries via email and incoming calls.
Respond to customer comments and messages on social platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
Make outbound calls when required for faster issue resolution.
Actively monitor and resolve negative reviews to maintain brand reputation.
Use our internal order-management software to review orders and assist customers via email, calls, and chat.
Be open to team shuffle when required, based on business needs.
Requirements
Graduate with good English and Hindi communication skills.
Strong computer proficiency -- shortcut keys, browsing, internet usage, and good knowledge of Excel.
Ability to handle daily computer operations smoothly.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Work Details & Policies
Office Timing:
9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (WFO only, No WFH*).
Lunch Break:
1:30 PM to 2:10 PM.
Gazetted Holidays only:
26th Jan, Holi, 15th Aug, 2nd Oct, Diwali.
Leaves:
- Paid leaves even during probation: 2 leaves per month*.
- No sudden leaves on Saturday, Sunday, Monday -- leaves must be informed
one week in advance
