We are hiring enthusiastic Freshers for the role of Customer Support Executive!

What You Will Do
Handle live chat support to assist customers in real time
Respond to customer queries via Email & WhatsApp
Coordinate with clients and understand their requirements
Collect and update all queries in the CRM system
Share enquiries with the concerned departments and follow up
Make and receive basic calls related to customer queries (non-voice + Minimal voice)
Ensure smooth communication and a positive customer experience
Who Can Apply
Freshers are highly encouraged to apply
Good communication skills (English/Hindi)
Basic computer knowledge
Willingness to learn -- complete training will be provided

Pay: From ?13,000.00 per month
