Handle inbound and outbound customer calls regarding insurance products.
Provide accurate information on policies, renewals, and claims.
Assist customers with claim registration and required documentation.
Resolve queries and complaints in a professional manner.
Manage policy updates, renewals, and cancellations.
Support customers with premium payments and billing issues.
Maintain accurate and updated customer records.
Promote relevant insurance products through upselling and cross-selling.
Ensure all interactions follow company and regulatory guidelines.
Share customer feedback for service improvement.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Work as part of a team to achieve performance goals.
5 days working with 2 rotational week-offs.

Any Graduate with good communication skills in English & Hindi.
