Job Title:

Customer Support Executive

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls regarding insurance products. Provide accurate information on policies, renewals, and claims. Assist customers with claim registration and required documentation. Resolve queries and complaints in a professional manner. Manage policy updates, renewals, and cancellations. Support customers with premium payments and billing issues. Maintain accurate and updated customer records. Promote relevant insurance products through upselling and cross-selling. Ensure all interactions follow company and regulatory guidelines. Share customer feedback for service improvement. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Work as part of a team to achieve performance goals. 5 days working with 2 rotational week-offs.

Eligibility:

Any Graduate with good communication skills in English & Hindi.

Salary:

? 12,000-20,000 per month
