Responsibilities:

Talk to customers through phone, chat, or email Answer questions about insurance policies, claims, renewals, and payments Help customers with documents and other issues Keep proper records of customer conversations Follow up with customers to make sure their problems are solved Work with internal teams to resolve complex issues Suggest the right insurance products to customers Meet daily targets and provide excellent service

Requirements:

Good communication in

Hindi and English

Basic computer knowledge Friendly and helpful attitude Experience in customer support or BPO is a plus Graduation must be Completed Local Candidates are preferable.
