Customer Support Executive - General Insurance

Key Responsibilities:



Handle incoming customer calls, chats, and emails professionally Provide accurate information on insurance policies, claims, renewals, and payments Assist customers with documentation and issue resolution Maintain records of customer interactions using CRM or system tools Follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams Meet daily/weekly customer service and quality targets Recommend suitable insurance products based on customer needs Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction in every interaction Stay updated with policy and product knowledge

Salary:



?15,000/month for Freshers ?20,000/month for Experienced Candidates
