You'll be handling:
Customer follow-ups
Product demos (in-person and online)
Complete onboarding
Client communication tracking
This is a
sales-support + onboarding hybrid
role. You'll be the bridge between marketing and customer success.
Key Responsibilities:
Call leads provided by the telecalling or field team
Explain product features clearly and professionally
Conduct product demos over WhatsApp/Zoom or at client site
Guide clients through onboarding steps
Coordinate with support, field and HR teams
Maintain lead tracker/CRM
Ensure successful client activation and feedback collection
Required Skills:
Excellent communication in
Hindi, Bengali, and English
Good with people and confident in voice/video calls
Comfortable visiting client locations locally when needed
Can work with basic tools: WhatsApp Web, Google Sheets, Email
Willingness to learn software platforms and follow SOPs
Location:
Kolkata - Work from Office
(Local field visits required occasionally)

Salary:
?8,000 - ?12,000 (Initial 3-Month Training Period)
? Review after 3 months for performance-based hike to ?15,000-?20,000
