ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:



Handle customer inquiries related to credit sales, including queries on payment terms, credit limits, and billing. Assist customers in understanding their credit options and help them with the application process. Digital generated leads should be able to converted. Provide information about available products, services, and special offers on credit sales. Address and resolve any issues or concerns related to credit transactions, payment delays, and account discrepancies. Offer timely solutions to customer complaints and ensure the process is smooth from start to finish. Assist in explaining credit terms, instalment plans, and interest rates. Guide customers through the payment process, ensuring they understand how to make payments on time and avoid penalties.

REQUIREMENTS:



Languages known:

Hindi( Mandatory), English, Telugu

Qualification:

Any Graduate Skills:

Excellent Communication Skills Should be Proficient in Hindi and English Customer Service skills Strong Verbal and Listening Skills Capacity to establish rapport and build trust with customers Ability to resolve customer complaints and concerns effectively

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?16,000.00 per month
