About the Role



We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated

Customer Support Executives

to join our team. The ideal candidates should possess good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a willingness to learn. Male candidates must be open to occasional field visits (client meetings) once or twice a week.

Key Responsibilities



Handle customer queries through phone calls or in-person communication. Provide accurate information and support to clients. Maintain records and update data using basic Excel. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues. Ensure a smooth and professional customer experience. Perform daily documentation and typing tasks as required.

Required Skills



Good communication skills (English & Tamil preferred) Typing skills Basic knowledge of MS Excel Willingness to learn and adapt Positive attitude and good interpersonal skills
