Customer Support Executive (Voice / Chat) -- International Process

Location:

TP Mohali (Work from office)

Employment Type:

Full-time (Rotational shifts; mostly night)

CTC:

Chat Process: Up to ₹30,000 per month

Voice Process: Up to ₹33,000 per month

About the Role:

We are hiring Customer Support Executives to provide high-quality support to international customers via voice and/or chat channels. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, have excellent English communication skills, and be comfortable working rotational (primarily night) shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound/outbound customer queries through voice calls or chat in a professional and courteous manner Resolve customer issues, provide product/service information, and escalate complex cases appropriately Meet or exceed quality, productivity, and adherence targets Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system Follow company policies, scripts, and escalation procedures Continuously learn product updates and improve support skills
Qualifications Experience:

Graduates: Freshers are welcome to apply Undergraduates: Must have at least 6 months of relevant experience Good command of English (verbal and written) Comfortable working rotational shifts (mostly night)
Desired Skills:

Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills Clear, professional spoken English and good typing skills for chat roles Ability to handle high call/chat volumes while maintaining quality Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems Team player with good time management and adaptability
