We are looking for

Customer Support Executives

(both fresher and experienced) who are passionate about helping customers and providing top-notch support. The ideal candidate will handle customer queries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally. Resolve customer queries in a timely and effective manner. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Provide feedback to improve customer support processes.

Requirements:



Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. Good communication skills (verbal and written). Ability to handle pressure and multitask effectively. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Immediate joiners preferred.
