Location: Bangalore

Qualification: Graduate

  • Provide excellent customer support through various channels such as phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Identify and escalate priority issues
Eligibility Criteria
  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Willingness to work from the office
Salary: NTH: 17k + 5k Variable pay + Up to 6k incentives
Shift: Day shift
Week off: Sunday off
