Job Title: Customer Support Executive - Freight Forwarding

Role Summary:
We are looking for a
Customer Support Executive
with 1-2 years of experience in freight forwarding or shipping operations. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, strong knowledge of shipping documentation and processes, and a customer-focused attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day customer interactions and provide timely updates on shipment status.
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, documentation, and accounts) to ensure smooth shipment movement.
Manage documentation related to
export and import shipments
(BL, Invoice, Packing List, Delivery Orders, etc.).
Communicate with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and overseas agents.
Resolve customer queries promptly and maintain strong client relationships.
Ensure all data and records are accurately maintained in the system.
Support the sales and operations team with post-booking customer service.
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in
freight forwarding / logistics / shipping
.
Good understanding of shipping terms (INCOTERMS, documentation, export/import process).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong coordination and multitasking ability.
Positive attitude and a customer-oriented mindset.
