Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries from customers regarding real estate projects.
Provide detailed information about property listings, pricing, amenities, and payment plans.
Schedule site visits and follow up with potential customers to ensure engagement.
Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
Address and resolve customer queries, complaints, and concerns professionally and efficiently.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to ensure smooth lead management.
Assist customers with documentation and post-sales support.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and referrals.
Requirements:
Education:
Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, MBA preferred).
Experience:
1-3 years in customer support, preferably in the real estate sector.
Languages:
Proficiency in
Marathi, Hindi, and English
(Mandatory).
Skills:
Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a plus.
Ability to handle customer queries patiently and professionally.
