Customer Support Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Handle WhatsApp, Instagram, and website customer inquiries
Resolve order-related issues and follow up on pending queries
Coordinate with warehouse team for dispatch updates
Maintain proper records of interactions and support tickets
Provide a smooth and satisfying customer experience
Requirements:
Basic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp Web, Instagram, Google Sheets)
Good command of Hindi and basic English (Punjabi-speaking is a plus)
Calm, polite, and patient communication style
Prior customer support or office work experience preferred
Must be punctual and responsible
Candidates residing near Wadala Chowk or nearby areas preferred
