Role Overview:
We are hiring an energetic and empathetic
Customer Support Executive - Fintech
to manage inbound and outbound calls, resolve customer queries, and ensure a superior customer experience. The role involves handling financial product-related queries and delivering professional service aligned with our high standards.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls to address customer queries and service requests related to fintech products.
Provide accurate product information, resolve issues, and escalate complex cases when necessary.
Maintain high customer satisfaction through prompt, courteous, and effective service.
Keep detailed records of customer interactions and update CRM systems.
Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and feedback is collected.
Achieve defined KPIs (response time, resolution time, customer satisfaction scores).
Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and service quality.
Ensure compliance with company policies, data protection, and regulatory standards.
Candidate Profile & Skills
Graduate (any stream); Finance/Commerce background preferred.
3-5 years of
customer support / calling / voice process
experience in
Fintech or BFSI industry
.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi & English.
Strong customer service orientation with problem-solving ability.
Good knowledge of fintech products, financial terms, and customer handling etiquette.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
Positive attitude, patience, and ability to handle high-volume calls.
