We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused
Customer Support Executive
fluent in
Filipino/Tagalog
to join our support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent service to our Filipino-speaking customers via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels. You will be the first point of contact for resolving product or service-related queries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer queries in
Filipino/Tagalog
and English via calls, emails, and live chat.
Provide accurate, timely, and effective solutions to customer problems and inquiries.
Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and patience with every customer interaction.
Record and document all customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Follow communication scripts, guidelines, and company policies.
Identify customer needs and assist them in using specific features or services.
Continuously seek to improve the customer support experience.
Requirements:
Proficiency in
Filipino/Tagalog
and English (both written and verbal) is mandatory.
Previous experience in a customer support or call center role is preferred.
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and active listening skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Familiarity with customer support tools and CRM systems is a plus.
Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Educational Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
