Job Summary:

We are seeking a female Customer Support Executive to join our team and provide excellent customer service by assisting clients, answering inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be empathetic, patient, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media Resolve product or service issues in a timely and professional manner Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved Collaborate with internal teams to escalate or resolve complex issues Provide product and service information to customers.
Requirements:

Gender: Female Education: Minimum High School Diploma or Graduate in any discipline Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools (preferred) Good listening and problem-solving skills Ability to stay calm under pressure Prior customer service experience is a plus
