They communicate with customers, other executives, and clients. They may also write memos and make speeches
Develop and improve customer experience
Have to achieve targets of daily order.
Requirements :-
Bachelor's degree in business, computer science or engineering
2+ years of experience in commercial support
Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong customer service skills
Handling all Voice and Non-Voice Processes.
Knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
