Client interaction
: Engage with customers via phone, email, or in-person, delivering clear and helpful information about our services.
Resolve with Care
: Respond to and resolve customer concerns promptly, preserving satisfaction and confidence.
Coordination
: Serve as a bridge between customers, design, and operations teams--ensuring client feedback is communicated and projects move forward smoothly.
Documentation
: Log interactions, feedback, and issues accurately in our system to drive improvements over time.
Check-In Support
: Conduct proactive follow-ups with clients to confirm satisfaction and gather insights for enhancing our services.
