Key Responsibilities:
Provide remote support to clients using UltraViewer or similar tools for ERP software assistance.
Troubleshoot and resolve client issues related to software functionalities, errors, or user queries.
Guide clients on software modules, processes, and best usage practices.
Record, track, and document support requests and solutions.
Coordinate with the technical team for issues requiring escalation or development changes.
Maintain strong professional communication with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Prepare support documentation and user guides as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications, IT, Commerce, or related fields.
Basic understanding of ERP software functionalities.
Good communication skills in Hindi & English.
Ability to quickly grasp software modules and train users effectively.
Knowledge of remote tools like UltraViewer, AnyDesk, or TeamViewer is a plus.
Problem-solving attitude with patience while handling user queries.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in ERP, CRM, or software support roles.
Knowledge of accounting, inventory, or business management processes.
Quick learner with strong technical aptitude.
