Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues.
Provide accurate information about products/services.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions in CRM or system.
Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution.
Coordinate with internal teams for quick complaint closure.
Achieve customer satisfaction targets and maintain service quality.
Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports as required.
Skills Required:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Ability to handle customer pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
Strong multitasking and time-management skills.
