Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Provide product/service information and guidance to customers.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex queries.
Ensure customer satisfaction and build strong client relationships.
Achieve daily/weekly performance targets set by management.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Strong communication skills (verbal & written) in English, Hindi, and regional languages preferred.
Good problem-solving abilities and patience in handling customer concerns.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Positive attitude, professional etiquette, and customer-oriented mindset.
