Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chat support.
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/software.
Provide product/service information and guide customers through processes.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective service delivery.
Meet daily/weekly performance targets (response time, resolution rate, etc.).
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Commerce/Business/IT).
1-3 years of proven experience in customer support or service roles.
Strong communication skills (English, Hindi; knowledge of Marathi is a plus).
Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, or ticketing systems is an advantage.
